People are different. Working days should also be like that.

We are around 80 employees. There are currently 35 different working time models in our work contracts – all completely different. Not only do we manage that wonderfully, but we also we look forward to the next one. Maybe there’s one that fits for you individually!

Many of us have decided work 1, 2 or 3 days in home office. That saves travel time and enables concentrated, efficient and undisturbed individual work.

On the other hand, several things speak for days in the office – IT equipment, best transportation connection – directly on the Wiental bicycle path – subway and Park and Ride in the building, project work and team work as well as getting together for coffee, of course.
